Becky and I have know each other since we were in kindergarten! It seems like we’ve seen each other in every stage of life. She has always been one of those friends who I could always count on. When in doubt Becky was always there. We’ve seen a lot of things through the years. It sometimes amazes me when that I can say I’ve known another person for twenty years. Sean and I are very happy that she will be flying in all the way from Kentucky for our wedding. She will be standing in our wedding as a bridesmaid.
Becky went to all the same schools as I did growing up and proceed to go on to Texas State University and earn a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communication Design. During her last year at university her boyfriend Michael proposed to her. Becky and Michael were married in January 2006 in Harlingen, Texas. I stood in Becky’s wedding as a bridesmaid as well. It was a day filled with emotion, as it was like a sister getting married. Soon after their honeymoon Becky and Michael moved to Hazard, Kentucky for work related reasons. Becky currently works a few part-time jobs. One of which she gets to use her amazing art talents to design logos for businesses and other purposes. She has also just been given the opportunity to work in Italy for 10 weeks this summer as an Au pair (nanny). For anyone that knows Becky, it has been her dream to travel to Italy. Maybe while Sean and I are on our honeymoon we’ll get to visit with her in Europe.
