We are so ready for this vacation! We’ve been so busy and wrapped up in house buying and other things that it will truly be nice to get away for a while. We’ve equipped ourselves with winter jackets, sweaters, and warm under garments. Bring on the snow, Canadian food and family! We will do our best to take photos of this vacation, but we make no promises as we intend on being as lazy as we possibly can.

Well, we have still had no luck in purchasing a home. We’ve made three bids now and they have all not worked out. The first, we were out bid. The second, there were just too many problems and the seller wouldn’t negotiate. The third, we were hopeful until we had the foundation guys out and they told us there was a seven inch deflection in the foundation and the appraisers wouldn’t let that fly. Thus it would be too expensive and dangerous for us to fix and we had to pass. I really liked that house.
